When life feels overwhelming, you don’t have to carry it alone.
Affirming therapy for women and LGBTQ+ folks
WHAT TO EXPECT
You don't have to have it all figured out to start therapy. Moonbow Mental Health is an inclusive therapy practice supporting teens and adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, caught in perfectionism and self-criticism, or stuck in patterns of overthinking and people-pleasing. We work especially with women and LGBTQ+ folks who want a space to step out of survival mode, feel seen, and be kinder to themselves. In therapy we slow down to understand how you think, feel, and respond to the world around you so you can learn about yourself, build self-trust, and feel more grounded in everyday life.
The Moonbow Story
Rainbows are often symbols of hope, recovery, and LGBTQ+ pride. A moonbow is their quieter counterpart, a rare rainbow seen in moonlight rather than sunlight.
In therapy meaningful change often happens in those quieter, harder-to-see moments when things feel uncertain, overwhelming, or unclear. Instead of trying to rush past those experiences, we slow down with them and begin to notice what they’re showing you about your needs, reactions, and emotions.
The moonbow reflects this idea: even in uncertain or difficult seasons, there can still be a steady sense of direction and hope.
